When you
buy Organic Beef, what you want is flavour, now having tasted all sorts of
beef, I can honestly say that organic beef just does it, the flavour is just
that bit better and of all the breeds I have tried, Welsh Black Organic Beef is
the best.
If you are going to supply Organic Welsh Black Beef then the
only source must be Wales and the greenest pastures, the most incredible grass
and clover, the richest herbal variety that I have found, together with the
best taste is found in the rolling hills and mountains of Mid-Wales.
So why Organic, pure breed, Welsh Black Beef, well in my
opinion, it has excellent taste qualities, superb texture, just the right
amount of fat to enhance the flavour and cooks to perfection.
The farms where these cattle come from are all organically
registered; hence all of the meat supplied to our customers comes with full
organic labelling, and can be traced back to source.
The meat is well matured and hung on the bone for a minimum
of 21 days, as a result do not expect the colour to be the same as you would
find in a supermarket The meat is very dark in appearance, has a superb
marbling texture, is extremely tasty, and is so tender it cuts just like
butter. All of the meat is butchered to order in my hand-picked, Organic-only,
farm-based, cutting plant (large purpose built butchers, when I say large it
employs all of 4 people) and Vacuum packed on the day of despatch to you. My
